As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near main buses, metro, and streets. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding - returning to a tidy room with fresh towels was a delight. The hotel goes the extra mile by providing complimentary toiletries and replacing them daily. The friendly and efficient reception staff, who speak fluent English, made our stay even more enjoyable. these factors won us over during our stay.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is located in a prime area, right in the center of Kowloon. There are plenty of shopping options and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. They made sure our check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and even took care of our luggage until it was time for us to leave for the airport. the service was excellent and made us feel well taken care of.

Convenient location within walking distance to public transportation and popular attractions in the city. The staff, particularly Ms. Yueng and the night time security guard, were friendly and helpful. The hotel had good security measures in place.

The rooms were small and cramped, with very limited space for luggage and no closet. The humidity in the rooms was unbearable.

The room we stayed in was on a higher floor with a double bed, made for a very relaxing stay. The upgraded TV was a big screen, perfect for using my fire-stick to watch Netflix. There were also many amenities nearby, such as a 7-11, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near the MTR station, only a 5-minute walk away. I had a very good sleep at Ramada.

The hotel is situated in a great location with transport, shops, and food outlets nearby. The 7 Eleven store is within walking distance, and everything is easily accessible. The room was comfortable with good facilities, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the view from the room was amazing.
